  I am proud to offer a wide range of specialised Pelvic Physiotherapy services to the residents of Guernsey.


Experience 

  • 1996 qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist.

  • 21 years of experience working as a  musculoskeletal physiotherapist in a Primary Care setting. 

  • 12 years specialising in Pelvic Health via numerous post grad courses

  •  Attained a Merit in PGcert in continence at masters level from Bradford University in 2018.

  • Full member of the POGP (the pelvic health group affiliated to the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy).

  • Pilates qualified instructor in 2004 with  APPI.

 I specialise in helping men and women  get relief from  pelvic health conditions some of which are listed below.


If you don't see your specific issue listed below or if you have any questions please do not hesitate to  contact me. If on discussion it is apparent you need a referral onto another professional I can signpost to someone who can help you. 

  • lumbar, Pelvic, Hip or Coccyx (tailbone) pain. 

  • Urinary or bowel Symptoms.

  • Sexual Dysfunction.

  • Pregnancy pain.

  • Post-natal rehabilitation and return to sport post-natal.

  • Diastisis recti abdominis (splitting of stomach muscles) rehab.

  • Pelvic pain conditions.

  • Male Pelvic Health.

  • Post operation rehab.

Clinic hours available for appointment 9am-6pm on Mondays.

Please telephone 01481724184 at Queens Road Medical Practice to book an appointment.

The  telephonist is available to take your call between 8am-6pm Monday-Friday and 8am-12am on Saturdays.
